Rev. Marlene Harrison is currently serving as the Executive Director of The National Alliance of Women in Ministry, Director of Christian Education and the Prison Ministry and an Associate Minister at Fullview Missionary Baptist Church in Bartlett, Tennessee where Rev. Walter L. Peggs, Sr. is the Pastor and has been actively engaged in ministry for the last 20 years.

Rev. Harrison is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Beginning her walk with the Lord engaging in street witnessing ministry, she immediately understood the value of saving the lost for Christ. She attended both, Southern University and the University of New Orleans, but received her Bachelor of Science degree at Tulane University in New Orleans.  She continued and received her Master of Science degree at Troy State University.  While pursuing a CPA, she heard the call of God to attend seminary and received a Master of Arts degree in Christian education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and served a brief tenure as Director of Teacher Training at Franklin Avenue Baptist church in New Orleans.  She preached her first gospel message during a mission trip to China in 1993.  She was later married to Juwan Harrison and has 2 beautiful girls, Kristen and Gabrielle Harrison.   She soon returned to seminary where she received a Master of Divinity degree in 1998.   Rev. Harrison has been a Sunday school teacher for over 18 years and is in the process of pursuing a Doctorate Degree at Union University in Homiletics in Memphis, TN.  

After relocation as a result of hurricane Katrina, Rev. Harrison and her family made their permanent move to Memphis where she and her husband accepted their call to ministry under the guidance of Pastor Walter L. Peggs, Sr. Rev. Harrison has a passion for equipping the body of Christ for service. Her ministerial gift has touched the lives of many, young and old; many have witnessed the anointing on a woman totally sold out for the Kingdom of God. She preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Rev. Harrison is a woman on a mission to impact the world and transform the lives of women and bring this present world into the Kingdom of God.
